Comdirect does not direct register shares, so you need to transfer your shares to another broker that can DRS transfer. Comdirect can transfer to another broker for free. A popular route has been through Interactive Brokers (IBKR).
Please Note; if you have GS2C shares, you can convert them to GME and transfer to IBKR at the same time using this guide
The quickest way is to open an IBKR account, buy a share, and request a DRS transfer (link to guide here). While you wait for your Computershare account to be created, you can transfer your shares from Comdirect to IBKR with a Basic FOP Transfer (free), then from IBKR to Computershare via DRS transfer for a $5(US) fee.
How to Transfer if you own GME:
Once your shares are settled in Comdirect, you can create a Letter of Instruction with IBKR, fill out a form with Comdirect, and then send an email to Comdirect with the filled out transfer form and Letter of Instruction, or send them the forms by post.
Login to your IBKR account, and click on “Transfer & Pay” from the top menu and select “Transfer Positions”.
On the next page select “Incoming”.
On the next page select “All Other Regions” from the drop down menu.
On the next page select “Basic FOP Transfer".
Select "COMDIRECT" on the drop down list.
For “Your Account Number at the Financial Institution“ put your Comdirect account number.
For “Name of Account Holder at Financial Institution“ put your full name as defined on your Comdirect account.
Select the Account type (most likely individual).
Select the country of the Financial Institution where you access Comdirect from.
For the contact email put overboekingen@Comdirect.com.
You have to add the asset you want to transfer, click on “Add Asset".
On the next page search which stock you'd like to transfer (GME), click on “Search".
On the next page, click on the row “GAMESTOP CORP-CLASS A / NYSE".
On the next page, define how many shares you'd like to transfer and click on “Save and Finish".
On the next page you'll see a summary of the transfer.
Download a copy of the “Customer Account Transfer - Letter of Authorization”, saved as “Account Management.pdf”.
Print a hardcopy of this pdf, sign it with your signature and scan it/take a photo of it.
Now you need to fill in the Comdirect form.

Fill the ”Depotübertrag an Frembdank” form with the following information:
1. Depotinhaber (Auftraggeber): Custodian (Client).
Vorname: Your First Name.
Name: Your Name.
Steuer-Identifikationsnummer: Your SSN / Tax ID.
2. Depotinhaber (Auftraggeber, nur bei Gemeinschaftsdepots): Only for joint accounts.
Pflichtangaben zum Depotübertrag:
Check the box: Übertrag auf ein eigenes Depot (Transfer to your own account).

Depotübertrag an Fremdbank: Custody transfer to foreign bank.
Check case: Übertragung folgender Wertpapiere: Transfer of the following securities.
Stückzahl/Nennwert: How many shares you want to transfer.
ISIN: US36467W1099.
Wertpapierbezeichnung: Securities name: GameStop Corporation.
BIC/SWIFT code: IBKRUS33XXX.
Print out the form, sign it.
Send the documents by post to: Comdirect, 25449 Quickborn.
Or send them by email to: overboekingen@Comdirect.com.
The transfer should be processed within 2 weeks depending on the post speed and the workload at Comdirect.
